Please ensure that you provide your contact details, as well as any supporting evidence. We will discuss the options with you at the time of contact.
Should your item(s) be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from the courier.
Returns and Refunds
Your customer experience is very important to us and we strive to make your online shopping experience as fun and enjoyable as possible. Our returns policy gives you 14 days to change your mind. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days from when you receive the order. Any refunds will be subject to the product being returned in a sellable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or packaging.
